"I became very ill about 10 years ago. My life was sad and I ate and took medications. I went from 120 to 243 at my heaviest.
When I finally admitted to myself I was miserable and very obese I decided to live. I began walking at first 10 minutes was all I could do. I changed my diet and began eating a high protien diet. With the walking every day and the diet I lost weight.
I hit a plateau and got really frustrated so I decided to hire a trainer and I met Sue Hopkins, with her encouragement and training I began losing weight and inches my body actually began to tone up.
I have currently lost 91 lbs since January 08 and I want to lose another 25.
My life changed drastically I am now single, dating, decided to learn how to ride a motorcycle and I have even bought a harley that I love to ride.
I feel attractive and confident now. I know that this is a never ending journey and I must make wise decisions about my diet and exercise to stay healthy.
