Membership Freeze
Freezes can be done 3 months out of a year and may be done over the phone.

Cancellation Policy
1. Do not call to cancel, must be in writing.  The best way to do this is at the front desk.  That way we have a copy and so do you. 
2. 30 day written notice is required to cancel. You will be charged the last draft included in your 30 days.
3. A doctors note or moving more than 25 miles away will allow you to break a contract.
4. Any contract broken for any reason other than those listed above will have a $75 cancellation fee per member, 30 day notice, and one more draft that is included in those 30 days.
