Because of my personal experience in the following I blend cardiovascular training, strength training, yoga, bodybuilding, powerlifting, athletic training, curve-building & calisthenics in the right combination to meet your needs!
I’ve also studied how exercise impacts stress, the anatomy of yoga, the anatomy of strength training, how hormones effect your health & how emotions impact the body so that I may address any underlying issues.
My approach to health & fitness is wholistic. I believe that your body can directly impact your mind & vise versa. My goal is to bring your awareness to your body & mind to not only help you reach your health/fitness goals but also enhance your overall quality of life!
Things to know about my training-
Our first session will include consultation questions & measurements/body fat evaluation. Our first workout will be testing your coordination, balance, range of motion, flexibility, strength, endurance & cardiovascular health. This allows me to customize your workouts so they are enjoyable for you, help you reach your goals & also balance your physique preventing pain & injury.
